\u2192 I received an unsoliceted call, but from which number?<\/b>
\nDid you receive a call the tellows score rated as dubious and you would like to know from which number the call originated? Just open the contacts list and click the numbers score. The number that called will be highlighted in blue (only for the apps „tellows – Reverse Search“ and „tellows pro Caller ID“).<\/p>\n
\u2192 the score lists are not imported properly:<\/b> \u2192 App cannot access the contacts list:<\/b> \u2192 Import of score list takes aeons:<\/b> For further problems, please use the following contact form:<\/p>\n
\nDue to the use of Exchange servers or CarDAV-Accounts, the synchronization of contact information leads to an error message while importing the score lists. You will find a detailed workaround here<\/a> (only for the apps „tellows – Reverse Search“ and „tellows pro Caller ID“). The app „tellows Caller ID & Block“ will import all score lists to your internal phone storage and not to your contacts.<\/p>\n
\nPlease make sure to approve of the app\u2019s access to the contacts list in your settings on data protection! Find a detailed explanation on how to change you settings here.<\/p>\n
\nRunning in iOS 6 the score list\u2019s import is known to last up to a minute. During the import the app freezes (only for the apps „tellows – Reverse Search“ and „tellows pro Caller ID“).<\/p>\n
